AF / BF Series Pneumatic Air Filter
The AF / BF Series Pneumatic Air Filter is designed to filter compressed air and help separate moisture and contaminants before the air reaches downstream pneumatic components.
Available models include AF2000, BF2000, BF3000 and BF4000, covering port sizes from PT1/4" to PT1/2". With optional 40 μm or 5 μm filtration, the series provides flexible air filtration solutions for different pneumatic system requirements.
Key Features
1. Efficient Compressed Air Filtration
Compressed air can contain moisture and contaminants that may enter pneumatic equipment.
The AF / BF Series is designed to filter the compressed-air supply before it reaches downstream components.
Two filtration precision options are specified:
40 μm or 5 μm
This allows users to select the appropriate filtration level according to their pneumatic system requirements.
2. Effective Water Separation
The air filter helps separate moisture carried by the compressed-air supply.
Separated water is collected in the filter bowl and can then be discharged through the drain mechanism.
This makes the filter suitable for use as part of a pneumatic air preparation system.
3. Compact Structure
The AF / BF Series features a delicate and compact structure, making it convenient for installation and application.
Its compact design makes the filter particularly suitable for pneumatic control panels, automation machines and other equipment where installation space is limited.
4. Multiple Port Sizes
Different port sizes are available to accommodate different pneumatic system configurations.
- AF2000 – PT1/4"
- BF2000 – PT1/4"
- BF3000 – PT3/8"
- BF4000 – PT1/2"
This makes it easier for equipment manufacturers and distributors to select the appropriate filter according to pipeline size and system requirements.
5. 40 μm or 5 μm Filter Precision
The series is available with two specified filtration levels:
40 μm
Suitable for general compressed-air filtration applications.
5 μm
Available where finer filtration is required.
When requesting a quotation, buyers should specify the required filter precision.
6. Multiple Drain Options
The product series supports different drain configurations:
- Semi-Automatic Drain
- Manual Drain
- Automatic Drain
This provides greater flexibility for different operating and maintenance requirements.
