The PC male straight compression connector joins pneumatic tubing to a female BSPT threaded port. Unlike push-in fittings, the tube is secured by tightening the compression nut, creating a firm mechanical grip without relying on a release collar. The compact straight body is manufactured from brass and finished with nickel plating for improved surface protection and a professional industrial appearance.
Product Advantages
All-brass metal body: Provides strength, dimensional stability and resistance to frequent assembly and handling.
Nickel-plated surface: Improves corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance in industrial environments.
Nut-tightened compression connection: The tube is mechanically clamped for a secure connection that performs well in vibrating equipment.
No special assembly tool required: Installation normally requires only suitable wrenches and a correctly prepared tube.
Wide size range: PC models cover 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 mm tubing with R1/8 through R3/4 male threads.
Serviceable design: The connection can be disassembled for inspection, tube replacement or maintenance after full depressurization.
OEM and distributor supply: Bulk packing, model labels and private-label requirements can be discussed for volume orders.

How the Compression Connection Works
When the compression nut is tightened, the internal clamping section grips the outside of the tube and presses it against the fitting seat. This creates a firm tube connection while the male thread connects the fitting to the pneumatic port. Correct tube preparation and appropriate tightening are essential for reliable sealing.
