AC Series Air Filter Regulator Lubricator
The AC Series FRL Unit is a modular compressed-air preparation system combining an air filter, pressure regulator, and lubricator in one compact assembly. It removes solid contaminants and condensed moisture, regulates downstream pressure, and supplies controlled lubrication to pneumatic components when lubrication is required.
Available in body sizes from AC1000 to AC5000, the series covers port sizes from M5 to 1 inch and maximum flow rates from 90 to 5,000 L/min. Its modular design makes it suitable for packaging machinery, assembly equipment, production lines, machine tools, material-handling systems, and general industrial automation.

The filter, regulator, and lubricator are supplied as a coordinated modular combination. This simplifies product selection, piping, mounting, and maintenance compared with purchasing and installing three unrelated components.
Broad Flow and Port Range
Five body sizes allow the series to support small automation devices as well as larger industrial pneumatic systems. Customers can select a suitable model according to required airflow, pipe size, and installation space.
Stable Pressure Control
The regulator helps maintain the selected downstream pressure despite normal fluctuations in the upstream compressed-air supply. Stable pressure supports consistent cylinder speed, output force, and equipment performance.
Visible Operating Condition
Transparent bowls allow operators to inspect accumulated condensate and lubricating-oil levels. The integrated pressure gauge provides a clear indication of regulated outlet pressure.
Flexible Drain Options
Standard models use a semi-automatic drain, while models with the “D” suffix are equipped with an automatic drain. Automatic drainage is particularly useful in systems where condensate accumulates frequently or manual inspection is inconvenient.
Modular Construction
The AF filter, AR regulator, and AL lubricator are assembled in a modular format. This allows easier maintenance and replacement of individual functional components.
Protected Bowls on Larger Models
AC3000, AC4000, and AC5000 models include protective bowl guards. These guards help shield the polycarbonate bowls from accidental impact in industrial environments.
