AL Series Pneumatic Air Lubricator
The AL Series pneumatic air lubricator introduces a controlled quantity of lubricating oil into compressed air to support pneumatic components that require continuous air-line lubrication.
AL Series covers five body sizes, with port connections from M5 to 1 inch and maximum flow capacities from 95 to 7,000 L/min. The recommended lubricant is Turbine No. 1 oil or an equivalent ISO VG32 pneumatic lubricating oil.

Adjustable Oil-Mist Delivery
The lubricator allows the oil-feed rate to be adjusted according to airflow, operating frequency, and downstream equipment requirements.
Visible Oil-Feed Monitoring
The upper sight dome allows the operator to observe the oil-drop rate during operation, making lubrication adjustment and inspection more convenient.
Wide Flow Range
The series supports applications ranging from compact M5 control circuits to industrial systems requiring airflow up to 7,000 L/min.
Multiple Port Sizes

Transparent Polycarbonate Bowl

Protective Bowl Cover on Larger Models
AL3000, AL4000, and AL5000 Series lubricators include a protective bowl cover according to the supplied product information.
AL1000 and AL2000 models are supplied without the protective cover.
Suitable for Modular Air Preparation
The lubricator can be installed downstream of compatible air filters and regulators to form a complete FRL air-preparation assembly.
ISO VG32 Lubricating Oil
The recommended lubricant is Turbine No. 1 oil or an equivalent ISO VG32 oil suitable for pneumatic lubrication.
