AW Series Pneumatic Filter Regulator
The AW Series pneumatic filter regulator combines compressed-air filtration and pressure regulation in one compact unit. It removes solid contaminants and condensed moisture from the air supply while reducing inlet pressure to a stable, adjustable downstream pressure.

Integrated Filter and Regulator
The filter and pressure regulator are combined into one compact body. This simplifies pneumatic circuit design and reduces the installation space required compared with separate components.
Standard 40 μm Filtration
The standard filter element removes solid particles larger than approximately 40 μm from compressed air, making it suitable for general industrial pneumatic applications.
Optional 5 μm Filtration
A customized 5 μm filter element is available for applications requiring finer particle removal.
The 5 μm option should be confirmed when requesting a quotation.
Moisture Separation
The internal airflow structure helps separate condensed water and heavier contaminants from the compressed air. The collected contaminants settle in the transparent filter bowl for drainage.
Adjustable Outlet Pressure
The adjustment knob allows the operator to set the downstream pressure according to the requirements of the connected pneumatic equipment.
Stable Pressure Control
The regulating mechanism helps maintain a more consistent outlet pressure when the inlet pressure or downstream airflow demand changes within the specified operating range.
Semi-Automatic and Automatic Drain Options
The standard configuration uses a semi-automatic drain. Automatic-drain models are available for continuous-duty machines or installations where frequent manual drainage is inconvenient.
Transparent Polycarbonate Bowl
The transparent PC bowl allows operators to monitor the condensate level and inspect the general condition of the filter.
Protective Bowl Cover on Larger Models
AW3000, AW4000, and AW5000 Series units are supplied with a protective bowl cover according to the product information. AW1000 and AW2000 models are supplied without this cover.
Pressure-Gauge Connection
Each model includes a threaded pressure-gauge port for monitoring the regulated outlet pressure. Gauge port sizes vary according to the body size.
Wide Flow and Connection Range
The AW Series covers compact M5 pneumatic circuits through high-flow 1-inch systems, allowing the same product family to be used across different machine sizes.
